In surveys, profiles, and during focus groups, St. Paul's members consistently identify outreach as our top parish priority. We have a committee of 9 parishioners who meet on a monthly basis to make decisions on how best to utilitize the financial gifts and gifts of time pledged and donated by our members. Among others, the following organizations are some of our most consistent recipients of aid:

*St. Paul's helped found, and originally housed, the current Coweta Community Food Pantry, so our ties with that organization are strong. Aside from simply donating regularly, we also schedule volunteer work days to help stock shelves and organize donations from the community.

*St. Paul's has helped build several Coweta county Habitat for Humanity houses over the past decade, and we look forward to a continued partnership and more builds.

*Each December, St. Paul's partners with the Department of Family and Child Services to provide Christmas gifts for needy children and elderly members of the community. Our church narthex looks like the North Pole after just a couple of weeks!

*Not wanting to limit ourselves to Coweta county, St. Pauls' has a close alliance with Bethlehem Ministry in Haiti, and many of our members have visited to help build a school, forming close relationships with our brothers and sisters there.

Jane Heaberlin is the chairman of the Outreach Committee, and she would welcome your questions and involvement in our endeavors to serve others and share Christ.
