Special Projects
The Special Projects Commission has the responsibility for identifying and proposing solutions to those functional requirements of church operations. In general, these would be projects that are non-reoccurring and not considered the responsibilities of other church ministries.
Examples: Policy Manual, Strategic Plan, Parish Directory, By-Laws, neighborhood groups, etc.
Joe Brooks is the Vestry Liaison.
